CORPORATE LAW

Within the scope of our practice, the lawyers of our Firm, barristers and legal advisors shall:

• provide legal assistance as regards the establishing, registration and liquidation of all types of companies (incorporated companies and partnerships), associations, foundations and non-profit organizations;
• draw up internal regulations regarding the organisation of management board, supervisory board or audit committee;
• provide legal assistance of general meetings of shareholders and the assembly of management board;
• render services as regards the ownership transformation – selling shares, increasing of share capital;
• provide services in respect of purchasing or selling enterprise as a whole or its part;
• provide advice on mergers and acquisitions, dividing of company and company transformations;
• draft legal audits – the analyses of legal condition of enterprise encompassing all fields of its activity.
